Connectr app works with official Amazon APIs to read and write data from your Amazon Seller account.
Recently, Amazon has introduced a new set of APIs, called SP-API. The old APIs, called MWS APIs, got discontinued on July 31, 2022.
The Connectr Amazon app is fully migrated to the new SP-APIs.
The new APIs however are not stable yet. The list of issues/bugs associated with the new API is mentioned here.
One major issue affecting the Connectr app is the syncing of SKUs having special characters. Amazon API is not returning accurate pricing and inventory information. This also affects shipping and tracking such SKUs via FBA.
We are monitoring this and other issues. As soon as Amazon fixes the bugs or provides a solution they will be resolved.
