This impacts the Connectr app users who have activated the Ship with FBA feature.

Due to a massive spike in the amount of traffic and orders, our app got stuck. As a result, many orders could not get into the app and could not be auto-shipped.

Our engineers investigated the issue, increased capacity to handle large scale, and optimized the app. Going forward it should work alright.

The orders that were lost can be retrieved by clicking the link as shown below:

Note, it might take a few minutes to retrieve all the missed orders.

The orders that were not auto-shipped will have to be manually shipped by clicking the 'Ship with FBA' button.

Future orders will be auto-shipped as per your configuration.
