With Sync operation, the app fetches the latest product prices and inventory quantities from Amazon and updates the corresponding products on Shopify. Only product prices and inventory quantities are updated leaving other product data (title, description, images, etc) untouched.


There are three ways to sync products:

  1. Manual sync: Click the 'Sync All' button available on the product list page to sync all the products in real-time, anytime.
  2. Auto-sync: Activate Auto-sync to allow the app to sync all the products automatically once every 24 hours. The exact time when the app auto-syncs is not fixed. It depends on multiple factors such as products in the queue, network speed, response delay from Amazon, etc.
  3. Fast-sync: The app will monitor Amazon orders and update the Shopify inventory every 15 minutes. To activate fast-sync goto Connectr dashboard > Settings > Sync > Activate Fast-sync. 


The total number of SKUs synced will depend on the maintenance plan selected. 


In addition, the app also has Shopify to Amazon reverse sync:

  1. FBM-sync: The app will update Amazon FBM inventory based on orders placed on Shopify. To activate FBM-sync goto Connectr dashboard > Settings > Sync > Activate FBM-sync.
